As we welcome everyone back to in-person events, we want you to know that we are taking precautionary measures in an effort to maintain a safe environment for all of our attendees, speakers and staff. Here are some of the measures we are putting into place:

• Targeted attendance levels and alternate room layouts to allow for more spacing for event attendees. 
• More small-group sessions than in the past.
• Social distancing wherever possible.
• Masks and hand sanitizer provided on site.

To help attendees communicate their level of comfort in interacting with one another, we will provide 
color-coded accessories (name tags or bracelets) to all on-site attendees:

Red = Greet from 6 feet with a mask
Yellow = Elbow bumps only
Green = Handshakes and Hi-fives

Additionally, we want to remind you that we are offering full cancellations up to 5 days prior to the start 
of the event should you feel unwell or become uncomfortable with travelling.

We ask that masks be worn at all times for all unvaccinated attendees and strongly urge anyone who is 
feeling ill or showing symptoms to remain home. If you have had contact with anyone who tested positive 
within 5 days prior to the event, please test before arriving.

These protocols will be updated as new information becomes available or local restrictions are amended.
